Jackalope Hotels’ debut property at Willow Creek Vineyard presents a new standard in
luxury accommodation and promises an elegant experience like no other.

There's so much going on at Jackalope, the fancy new boutique hotel at Willow Creek Vineyard, located on the Mornington Peninsula halfway between Balnarring and Tuerong. Apart from all the 46 rooms of five-star accommodation- featuring floor to ceiling windows, private terraces and rain showers, it also encompasses two restaurants - a cocktail bar (Flaggerdoot), a winery, cellar door and a food store (The Rare Hare).

Focusing on one of the boutique hotels’ restaurants - the Doot Doot Doot, world-class private dining for groups of 9-20 is on offer. In the private dining room ‘Jackyak’, you will be in the hands of your personal waiter, chefand sommelier, overlooking the vines of the Willow Creek Vineyard.

The interior encompasses a somewhat dark and moody feel, crowned with a kinetic Jan Flook ceiling light installation of 10,000 amber globes to represent a wine mid-ferment. In addition, adding to the overall glamour, Gold-flecked terrazzo-effect tables are on display, while earthenware crockery creates a deliberate contrast - serving as a canvas for the seasonal menu of the chef, Guy Stanaway.
